Refund policy

Before payment

Submitting a site is free. Payment becomes available only after an initial editorial approval and must be completed within 14 days.

Final rejection

Payment does not automatically publish a site. If webspin.ing rejects the site during the final manual review, a full refund of the €4.99 payment is requested through Stripe. The submission remains marked as refund pending until Stripe confirms it.

Active listings

Once a listing is finally approved and activated, the annual service has started. Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, lack of traffic, later suspension caused by a breach, or the owner making the destination unsuitable.

Payment problems

Duplicate confirmed payments are refunded. If a technical error prevents delivery of an accepted listing, contact us through the address in the legal notice. Bank processing time after a confirmed refund is controlled by the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
