What we collect
When you submit or renew a listing, webspin.ing stores your name, email address, optional business name, proposed site details, private fit explanation, confirmations, moderation history and payment references. Stripe processes payment and billing data; webspin.ing does not store full card details.
We also process a cryptographically transformed IP address and email address for short-lived abuse prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile receives the information necessary to assess whether a form request is legitimate.
Why we use it
We use this data to review submissions, provide private status updates, take payment, publish and renew listings, issue refunds, prevent abuse, send service emails and comply with accounting or legal obligations.
Providers and access
webspin.ing uses Supabase for database and administrator authentication, Stripe for payment and invoicing, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for anti-bot checks and Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly audience measurement. Only the administrator and those processors receive the data needed for their role.
Retention and security
Submission, payment and audit records are retained for service, dispute and legal purposes. Short-lived rate-limit records are deleted automatically. Private status links contain a secret token in the URL fragment; only a cryptographic hash is stored. Keep those links confidential.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting the address in the legal notice. Some payment, fraud-prevention and accounting records may need to be retained.
